• Project commencement is subject to receipt of a deposit or initial payment as stipulated in the relevant agreement

Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, and financial information received from the other party as confidential and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under a service agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we aim to deliver high-quality services, all services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Kyberus does not guarantee:

• That the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That all bugs or issues can be resolved
• Any specific business outcomes as a result of using our services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyberus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the total fees paid to us by the client in the preceding three months.
